The enhanced learning educational cooperative foundation

After successfully operating the Enhanced Learning Center Cooperative for the past six years, the founding members of the cooperative decided to establish the Foundation to promote a two-fold purpose: First, to advocate for legislation to allow micro-schools to operate on a Cooperative platform allowing for maximum flexibility in curriculum and operations while keeping regulatory compliance and red-tape to a minimum; and second, to assist others that wish to found specialized community schools to meet the individualized needs of students and their families.
